From George Bush Intercontinental Airport:

Start out going west on Terminal Rd. N.
Make a slight left toward US-59/I-45/Airport Exit.
Make a slight left onto JFK Blvd./John F. Kennedy Blvd.
Take the Hardy Toll Rd. ramp.
Merge onto Hardy LC1 W (portions toll).
Take the Hardy Toll Rd./I-45 exit on the left toward Beltway 8/Downtown
Merge onto Hardy LC1 S (portions toll).
Merge onto I-610 W.
Merge onto I-45 S via Exit 17C on the left toward Downtown
Take the I-10 E exit, Exit 48A, on the left toward Beaumont
Take the Milam St. exit on the left toward Downtown.
Make a slight right onto N. Milam St.
Turn left onto Texas Ave.
