McKool Smith Hennigan is co-sponsoring the upcoming “New Patent Litigation Pilot Program in the Central District of California: What Every Patent Litigator Needs to Know.” The symposium will provide a forum for participants to both hear from and interact with the currently designated Patent Pilot Program Judges in the Central District to learn more about the Patent Pilot Program, and what it will mean for patent litigators and their clients.
Rod Dorman will moderate the interactive panel discussion, which will highlight the approach that the Patent Pilot Program judges' will take when reviewing and resolving various issues specific to patent cases.
