Marshall Principal Jennifer Truelove has been named to Benchmark Litigation's 2026 "Top 250 Women in Litigation" list, which recognizes the leading female litigators across the US and Canada based on the density of top talent by firm and region. Selection follows an extensive research process spanning months of investigation into each nominee's professional activity, along with client feedback surveys and one-on-one interviews, to identify the most distinguished women in the world of litigation. The list highlights litigators recognized for their sophisticated advocacy and consistent success delivering results for clients.

Jennifer has built a track record of more than $2 billion in patent, antitrust, and qui tam verdicts for clients since 2014, including some of the most closely watched trials in the Eastern District of Texas. Her most recent win came on behalf of Pictiva Displays International, where she secured a $191.4 million patent infringement verdict against Samsung after a jury found Samsung willfully infringed Pictiva's foundational OLED display patents.
