Richard "RJ" Taylor is an Associate in McKool Smith's Dallas office. RJ earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law in May 2026.

During law school, RJ served as a Senior Staff Member of the Journal of Property Law, was a member of IP Aggies, and participated in the school's Patent Clinic.

RJ holds a degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. While earning his undergraduate degree, he served as an Executive Officer of the GT Boxing Club and was a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
