New York Principal Kevin Schubert will serve as the moderator for a workshop titled, "Hot Issues in Worldwide SEP Litigation" at the LESI 2026 Annual Conference in Dublin on April 28. The panel will discuss key issues in SEP litigation across the U.S., Germany, Brazil, and the U.K., including injunctions, remedies, trial timing, and FRAND rate setting. It will feature experienced executives from operating companies, patent pools, and law firms.
