Marshall Principal Jennifer Truelove was recognized as a "Litigator of the Week" by The AmLaw Litigation Daily for her role in securing a $142 million verdict—the full amount requested—for G+ Communications in the retrial of the damages portion of a standard essential patent dispute against Samsung. Chief U.S. District Judge Rodney Gilstrap in Marshall, Texas, ordered the damages retrial because of jury instructions issues in the January trial, which had yielded a $67.5 million verdict for G+.
