Texas Lawyer has reported on Collin County Judge John McClellan Marshall's order to dissolve a restraining order on behalf of McKool Smith client Enseo LLC in a trade secrets case against WorldVue Connect Global. The dismissal comes after WorldVue withdrew key evidence during a hearing, claiming it contained trade secrets. McKool Smith principal Travis DeArman said, "We believe the court's decision was correct, and we'll pursue that position throughout the expedited appeal."
