McKool Smith reached a $55 million settlement on behalf of client John DeGroote Services, LLC, as Liquidating Trustee to the BearingPoint, Inc. Liquidating Trust, in its lawsuit against former Directors and the former Chief Executive Officer of BearingPoint for violations of corporate governance obligations.
