The report also names several of McKool Smith's Intellectual Property litigators within the top 1 percentile among the ranked attorneys.

The annual report ranked McKool Smith as the No.2 most active law firm representing patent owners and among the top 25 most active law firms representing petitioners or patent owners. The firm was also among the top 50 best performing law firms representing patent owners and one of the top 100 best performing law firms representing petitioners or patent owners overall.

McKool Smith Principals Scott Hejny and Chris McNett were named among the top 50 most active attorneys representing patent owners. Scott was also ranked among top performing attorneys representing patent owners.
