Austin Principal Laurie Fitzgerald will be speaking at the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal’s 15th Annual IP Symposium: “FRAND and the Antitrust/Intellectual Property Interface” on Friday, February 21, 2014 in Austin, Texas.
Laurie’s presentation will focus on standard setting organizations, the standardization process, and approaches to valuing a standard-essential patent owner’s contribution to a standard. The symposium will also feature speakers and panel discussions addressing a number of topics pertaining to the licensing and enforcement of standard-essential patents.
