McKool Smith Principal, Hugh Ray, will co-chair and speak at the 17th Annual Distressed Investing Conference: “Maximizing Profits in the Distressed Debt Market.”
This year, the conference will focus on key developments in the distressed market industry, including:
- the effects of Dodd-Frank on restructuring, strategies for bondholders
- buying opportunities in distressed banks
- successful turnarounds in the New World Order
Mr. Ray will participate in a panel discussion titled, "Commercial Real Estate Overview and Situation Report on Extended Stay." This session will examine the potential enormity of the wave of further devaluation and collapse projected to grow in the commercial real estate sector and discuss associated opportunities and risks in the finance and banking industry.
The conference will be held at The Helmsley Park Lane Hotel in New York City on November 29, 2010.
