McKool Smith Principal, Robert Manley, will co-chair and speak at the 12th Annual Conference of General Counsel: “Faster Better Cheaper - The Unrelenting Need to Create More with Less.”
Mr. Manley’s session will offer practical solutions to reduce legal costs by using cost efficient dispute resolution strategies. He will discuss the importance of using early case assessments to define desired outcomes, designing custom procedures, and aligning incentives between client and counsel.
The mission of The General Counsel Forum is to improve the professional lives of general counsel and managing counsel. The forum provides opportunities for peer group interaction and knowledge exchange, and mentoring through professional development in best practices, ethics, governance and compliance.
