Los Angeles principal, Robert Palmer, will moderate a panel discussion at the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) 2012 “Bet the Company” Litigation conference in New York City on September 25. Bob’s panel, “Mediation Strategies,” will focus on timing issues, group mediation versus individual mediation, and the role of insurers.
