Dallas Principal Scott Hejny provided commentary for an article by Law360 titled, "Proposed New Rules Would Cut Off Many PTAB Challenges." The article discusses new rules being proposed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that could stop many inter partes review challenges to patents from moving forward. Scott says, "I think that's going to cut down on IPR filings, because I think that there are just a lot of entities out there that are extremely hesitant to give up that invalidity bite at the apple at trial."
