DALLAS – The law firm of McKool Smith, P.C., is pleased to announce that firm attorneys L. David Anderson and Jill F. Lynch have been named Principals of the firm.
Mr. Anderson handles complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation for a diverse group of clients. Ms. Lynch also focuses on commercial litigation, as well as representing firm clients in patent infringement cases.

Mr. Anderson has worked on behalf of some of the world’s leading companies in important legal cases across the United States, including Medtronic, BearingPoint, Halliburton, and many others. He earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law after earning his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
Ms. Lynch represents a diverse array of leading international and U.S. based companies, including Electronic Data Systems, Ericsson, and National Instruments, just to name a few. A native Arkansan, she is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Arkansas.
Both attorneys have earned selections to the Texas Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list, as well as D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers Under 40 in Dallas” list of the city’s top up-and-coming attorneys.
