Overview
Elliott Clay is an Associate in McKool Smith's Houston office. He earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and his undergraduate degree from Loyola University New Orleans.
While earning his law degree, Elliott served as a judicial intern for Judge Boone Baxter of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He was a member of the UHLC National Mock Trial Competition Team and won first place at the Hippard Novice Mock Trial. Elliott also gained experience drafting proceedings and responses and performing case research for Trademark Trials and Appeal Board litigation.
