Overview
Kevin Beck is an associate in McKool Smith’s Washington, D.C. office. He previously served as a law clerk to Judge David Porter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Patrick Wyrick of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Kevin earned his J.D. from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, graduating in the top five percent of his class and serving as Executive Editor of the George Mason Law Review. His note on hybrid rulemaking was published in 2023, and he participated in academic programs with U.S. Supreme Court Justices Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Thomas.
Before law school, Kevin worked as an electrical engineer at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island
