Overview

Nishant Varma is an Associate in McKool Smith's New York office. He earned his law degree from Harvard Law School.

While earning his law degree, Nishant gained experience in both plaintiff and defense litigation, drafting motions, going to trial, and briefing arbitration clauses. As a member of the Harvard Law School Clinic & Pro Bono Program, Nishant worked on a motion for the Constitutional Court of South Africa that challenged the constitutionality of two tax provisions and co-drafted a memorandum for a United Nations Call for Inputs. Nishant was also the Alumni Chair of the Harvard Plaintiff's Law Association, and a captain of the Harvard Softball Team.
