Overview

Adam Skrzecz is an Associate in McKool Smith's Houston office. Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as a law clerk to the Honorable Terry R. Means and the Honorable Mark T. Pittman in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Adam earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State, where, among other honors, he was awarded the Dr. Fairchild Award for Best Undergraduate Paper in Political Science and the 2019 Mathews Medal, the highest distinction available to graduating students for exceptional service to the university.

While attending the University of North Carolina School of Law, Adam served as a legal intern for the Office of Counsel to the Vice President through the White House Internship Program. He also externed for Chief Justice Paul Newby of the North Carolina Supreme Court and worked as a summer law clerk at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina, where he first-chaired multiple hearings in federal court under attorney supervision.
