Overview

Arden Seavers is a litigation associate in McKool Smith’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and patent litigation. She has experience representing clients in high-stakes matters involving leading technology and telecommunications companies, including Ericsson, Nokia, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and InterDigital. Arden has also participated in pro bono matters, including a Hague Convention case in the Northern District of Texas where she actively participated at trial.

Before joining the firm, Arden served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sean D. Jordan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. She also completed judicial internships with both the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Arizona Supreme Court, and worked as a legal intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.

Arden earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Corporate and Business Law Journal. She was inducted into the Order of Barristers upon graduation and was nominated as a top oralist by her legal advocacy professors in recognition of her outstanding courtroom skills.
