Brandon Fahrenfort

Brandon Fahrenfort is an Associate in McKool Smith’s Austin office. While in law school, Brandon gained valuable experience through Patent Advocacy, preparing and arguing motions before the Hon. Judge Alan D. Albright. He also served as a Staff Editor for the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal.

Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree at Sam Houston State University, where he worked as a research assistant for the Department of Political Science, contributing to a law review article on common law privacy doctrines in Texas.
