Overview
Garrett Griggs is an Associate in the Dallas office of McKool Smith. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for achieving the highest grade in Practical Lawyering and served as President of the Intellectual Property Society. Garrett’s practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation, with experience representing clients in patent disputes involving video coding, cellular networking, and Wi-Fi technologies. He has participated in matters pending before federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
