Overview

Makenna Miller is an associate in McKool Smith's Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Makenna joins the firm after a successful tenure at a top California firm representing several high-profile clients.

While in law school, Makenna participated in UCI Law’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she successfully researched, briefed, and argued an appeal in the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Makenna also served as Staff Editor for the UCI Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law and competed in the UCI Law Moot Court Competition.
