Overview
Mike Wustrau is a technical advisor and patent agent in the Austin office of McKool Smith. Mike’s practice focuses on both offensive and defensive patent litigation support in the fields of electrical, telecommunications, semiconductor, and software engineering. In this capacity, Mike has extensive experience preparing infringement and invalidity analyses and performing prior art searches. Additionally, Mike has considerable experience with standard essential patents and standard setting bodies, including 3GPP and IEEE.
Mike has broad industry experience in the discipline of electrical design engineering and systems engineering for Department of Defense contractors and semiconductor equipment manufacturers.
