Overview

Bobby Burns is an Associate in McKool Smith's New York office. He earned his law degree from Harvard Law School.

While earning his law degree, Bobby gained experience in intellectual property litigation including, preparing memorandums for arguments on standard-essential patents, preparing infringement claim charts, and researching discovery and damages in ongoing patent and trade secret disputes. He was a member of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project which matches entrepreneurs in the Harvard and MIT community with Harvard Law School students to provide pro bono legal research and analysis. Bobby was also awarded the Dean's Scholar Prizes in Torts and Evidence.
