Dan’s presentation, “The Long Reach of U.S. Law Enforcement,” will share his experience and insights from serving as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York for more than a decade, and provide a forecast on what could be on the horizon for U.S. authorities in the area of cross-border enforcement, including enforcement of U.S. tax, banking, money laundering, and securities laws.
