McKool Smith principal Hugh Ray was quoted in The Real Deal’s article discussing the scenarios of WeWork, a co-working company, potentially finding itself in a bankruptcy situation. In the most extreme situation, where the company fails to convince its creditors of a successful path forward, liquidation may become the only option.
