Overview

David C. Kellam, Jr. is an associate in McKool Smith's Houston office. His practice is focused on complex commercial, appellate, technology & data privacy, and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, David served as a law clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge William P. Johnson of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. Before his clerkship, David worked in the Technology, Intellectual Property and Data Privacy practice group of a high-profile New York firm.

While a student at Columbia Law School, David served as a judicial intern for the honorable Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and before law school, David worked at the Supreme Court of the United States.
