Overview

Jennifer Barall is an Associate in McKool Smith’s Dallas office. Over the past ten years, Jennifer has developed tremendous breadth and depth of experience in federal and state court proceedings, making her a skilled litigator. She has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in court cases and mediations involving a variety of legal issues, such as contracts, corporate obligations, fiduciary duties, insurance and reinsurance, taxation, banking, and deceptive advertising. Additionally, she has defended clients in SEC and other federal authorities' inquiries. Whether a complex matter is being litigated or has just been filed, Jennifer has a track record of ramping up fast and effectively.

From 2001 through 2009, Jennifer worked as a litigation associate at a prominent New York firm, where she started her legal career. She relocated to Texas in 2009, working at two outstanding national firms. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer worked as an associate for corporate programs at The Asia Society in New York and taught English in Okayama, Japan.
