He has successfully represented clients in high-value litigation involving RMBS and CMBS. His track record includes securing a $27 million summary judgment for Fannie Mae in a dispute over proceeds from the 2015 sale of the iconic Stuyvesant Town/Peter Cooper Village apartment complex.

In the antitrust arena, Daniel has represented high profile corporations in two of the largest and most consequential antitrust litigations in U.S. history:  In re Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation and In re Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation.
