McKool Smith Principals Steve Pollinger and Associate Kevin Schubert spoke at the 2018 Licensing Executive Society (LES) Annual Conference on October 14-17, 2018 in Boston, Massachusetts.
Steve will moderate the panel entitled “Building and Structuring a Successful Global IP Litigation Program.” Panelists from International Game Technology (IGT), UnitedLex, and JASPAR will share their experiences on how to create and structure a successful IP program in the current climate. Kevin will be a panelist on the topic of “Managing Cross Border IP Enforcement: Hot Topic Issues in the United States, Canada and Europe” and Brett will participate in the “Ethics in Negotiation” panel.
