As reported by Law360, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced that it would open an investigation into alleged semiconductor patent infringement by more than a dozen tech companies including AMD, Analog Devices, Micron, NXP, and Qualcomm. Acting on behalf of patent owner Bell Semiconductor, the McKool Smith team is led by firm chairman David Sochia and includes senior principal Richard Kamprath.
