McKool Smith client Tops Holding Litigation Trustee, Alan D. Halperin, has successfully reached a confidential settlement with Morgan Stanley and HSB that resolves a multi-year lawsuit filed in February 2020.
The trustee was represented by McKool Smith Principal Kyle Lonergan, James Smith, and Josh Newcomer.
