In Dallas, Christopher Bovenkamp handles intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on patent litigation and trial work. Mr. Bovenkamp also has experience with trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and copyright litigation.
In Los Angeles, principal Marc Morris focuses on patent and trademark litigation involving a broad range of technologies. He has successfully prosecuted and defended clients in federal and state courts across the country.
In New York, John Briody handles complex commercial litigation, including securities, antitrust and patent litigation. Radu Lelutiu represents clients in commercial litigation, including patent, antitrust, securities, and bankruptcy disputes; and white collar defense matters.
