Overview
Clare Churchman is a litigation associate at McKool Smith’s Dallas office. She previously served as a staff attorney for Justice Jamie Grosshans of The Supreme Court of Florida.
Clare attended The University of Chicago Law School where she contributed to the University of Chicago Business Law Review serving as both a founder and the executive editor. She also served on Chicago Journal of International Law, and received The Thomas L. Mulroy Prize, for excellence in appellate advocacy and oral argument in the Hinton Moot Court Competition

Representative Matters
- Daingean v. T-Mobile. Helped secured a significant patent defense verdict on behalf of T-Mobile in a dispute against Daingean Technologies for alleged infringement of a 5G telecommunications patent.
- Ericsson. Represented Ericsson in reaching a confidential partial settlement with Lenovo in a global patent licensing dispute involving a multi-year cross-license agreement, resulting in the withdrawal of all pending litigation and administrative proceedings, including before the USITC.
