McKool Smith Associate Kyle Ryman was recently awarded a patent for an app that delivers a study system that helped him earn a top score on the Texas Bar Examination. The app helps a student create outlines, generate flash cards and set up a study schedule. Kyle isn’t going to monetize the app, which he named Scholati, but instead wants to donate it to a university interested in developing it.
