Asena Baran

Asena Baran is a complex commercial litigation associate at McKool Smith’s Los Angeles office. She has experience litigating a wide range of disputes in state and federal courts, including multidistrict, commercial, antitrust, white-collar, bankruptcy, and intellectual property litigation.

Asena attended USC Gould School of Law where she contributed to the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal while also serving in the Mediation Clinic, Small Business Clinic, and multiple Student Organizations.
