Kyra Mouser is an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of McKool Smith, where she focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. She is admitted to practice in Texas, and her work in Washington, D.C. is conducted under the supervision of D.C. Bar members.
Prior to joining the firm, Kyra served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jonathan Kobes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was an Online Editor of The University of Chicago Law Review. Kyra received her B.S., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Truman State University.
