New York principal Daniel Levy will speak at the Winter Symposium of the Financial Intelligence and Information Sharing Working Group (FIIS WG) in Washington, D.C. on December 17. The FIIS WG is a partnership of the American Security Project, the American Bar Association’s International Anti-Money Laundering Committee, and the FBI’s InfraGard Members Alliance. He will discuss recent trends and developments in cross-border criminal investigations and prosecutions, including the Department of Justice’s LIBOR and foreign exchange trading investigations.
