McKool Smith principal Nick Matich spoke with World Trademark Review on his initial reaction to the USPTO issued notice on the implementation provisions of the Trademark Modernisation Act 2020. Nick said, “The Trademark Modernisation Act and the proposed rule are both very positive and important steps towards improving the accuracy of the register.
