New York Principal Kevin Schubert and Dallas Principal Scott Hejny authored Law360's "IPR Pointers In Recent PTAB Discretionary Denials" to discuss the recent denials of a trio of inter partes review petitions. Kevin and Scott review these decisions that represent a win for patent owners, and perhaps signal an emerging trend of the PTAB flexing its authority to protect patent owners in the wake of the relatively new administration.
