New York Principal Daniel Levy and senior counsel Doreen Klein co-authored a chapter in The Guide to Monitorships, published by Global Investigations Review, entitled “Privilege and Confidentiality.” In this chapter, they examine the legal issues associated with privilege and confidentiality in monitorships. Dan and Doreen also cover the strategic considerations of these issues from the perspective of both the monitor and the monitoree.
